This executive style, well-designed spacious vacation property is the perfect location to host family vacations, getaways with friends, but it is also a great venue for corporate or executive retreats!
Located in the HEART OF THE TOURISM DISTRICT OF AC, Our spacious, gorgeous 5600+ sq ft 'SEAS THE MOMENT' beach mansion is certain to deliver an amazing second-to-none vacation experience! Aside from the beauty of the house itself, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is the secret to this large beautiful designer home providing an amazing AC experience! The house, in the newest and most charming neighborhood of AC, is beachfront view of the inlet beach & boardwalk/bike path and is nestled conveniently near the Casinos (LESS THAN 5 minutes to the Borgata); just far enough away to have a day on the beach and then, an exciting night at the casino! Historic Gardner's Basin, a Marina/Bay side artisan/tourism area is walking distance in our neighborhood- offers a wide array of activities: Dining, Shopping, Special Fishing Area with cleaning table, picnic tables & convenient parking etc (free), Chartered Fishing Tours, Boat Sightseeing Tours, Parasailing, Surf School, Boat Watching, AC Aquarium, Special Events (festivals, concerts, outdoor movies, fireworks) and just relaxing are among the fun options at Gardner's Basin...all this fun and located just that close, it's a cherished part of our neighborhood! Property is perfect for a large gathering

The property itself is gorgeous, however, there are many things that need fixing. Toilet paper holder broken, iron broken, one washer and dryer broken, ice maker and water in fridge broken, stove broken. Could only use the burners but no oven. Was not told until check-in. Alternatives like small toaster ovens are not sufficient substitution for a stove. Host was friendly but with the amount of money they charge for staying there, they really need to keep up with the repairs.
