The property was just as described, an easy walk to the beach, a short drive to restaurants and to the nature preserve to watch fabulous sunsets and sunrises.

The house was perfect for us -- one set of grandparents and two, two children families who love the beach and love playing games. We set the little ones up on a rainy afternoon with a movie while the adults played Pictionary. The walk to and from the beach is easy with two wonderful beach carts. We were set. Did not need to speak to the local property manager, so can't offer info.

We had a great stay. House was perfect for our large group. The elevator made bringing in luggage and groceries a breeze. Comfortable furniture to gather for games and meals. Garage well stocked with beach supplies. The host was great with communication.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The short walk to the beach was very do-able for our 2 and 4-yr-old. The home was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking. A lovely week all round.
