Only 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, 15 minutes to the airport, 45 minutes to Park City, or a leisurely stroll to downtown Bountiful, you'll feel connected to all the great things this area has to offer.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room is furnished with two comfy couches and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the nearby trails. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your meals on the solid wood table in the dining room, or head out back to the sun room and enjoy dinner while the sun sets.
The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, featuring plush bedding and plenty of closet space for your belongings.

Plenty of parking, had all the pots/pans needed to cook and bake, and plenty of room to rest after a long day! This stay was absolutely amazing! Would recommend this Cozy Bountiful Bungalow to anyone looking to stay in Utah!

The house was fully equipped, and it had everything I needed. It was a work trip for me, and I really appreciated the office desk in the main area of the house. Perfectly climatized, I never had to make any adjustments to the central air conditioning. I had a couple questions and Jarek got back to me right away. I enjoyed my stay very much!

My husband and I stayed for almost a week. The location was great. The Main Street area was really cute and loved the ice cream shop down there. The house had a great setup. It was clean and had plenty of room to relax. It is on a main road, but the driveway made parking a nonissue. We loved that we were able to bring our pup with us. There was only one small issue with the shower head in the main bathroom. It was quickly resolved with no problems after that. Communication with the homeowners was easy. We were able to get ahold of them quickly when needed. They are super sweet people. We will definitely stay here again if/when we find ourselves in the area! Thanks you again!
