Nice neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. 1600 sq ft house with newly remodeled kitchen and newly remodeled master bath and second bath. Right next to freeway. Sleeps 6 with 3 beds. Sleeps 8 with blowup mattress. 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. Roomy kitchen with freezer/fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven/range, laundry washer and dryer, dinning area, and den/tv room. Barbecue in back yard. All of the art work in the home has been painted by me.
Just 10 minuets north of Salt lake city. 10 min to convention center, 15 minuets north of airport. Minutes away from ski resorts, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, atv trails, Mt. biking, hiking, boating etc. Two bars within walking distance.
Has high speed internet, WiFi, Blu Ray Player, and with access to Netflix and 100’s of other apps, to make your vacation enjoyable for everyone. There is a local rec-center a few blocks away where you can enjoy hot tub, pool, ice skating, racket ball, gym, and indoor running track.

Welcoming host & home, particularly for the great price! Comfortable, clean & conveniently located near the freeway with close access to all of N Salt Lakes attractions. It’s a quirky little place but well equipped and we’d stay again. Hopefully next time there are bamboo mattress toppers on the queen beds. Thank you for letting us stay!

Maybe some knit picky people would find problems with the property but for us it was perfect. Big backyard for our pups and an easy drive to the Univeristy of Utah hospital for our business in town. Easy entry and instructions. Will definitely see if it’s available for the next time we are back that way.

Several things in the house needed repairs. hole in kitchen floor, one bathroom door totally unusable - in half-open position. Rusty pipes in the patio were dangerous, one member of group skinned ankle on a rusty pipe. The house next door looked like druggies lived there.
