About this space
This private basement apartment is located in a quiet Bountiful neighborhood. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. The living room has a pullout couch, apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, full bath. Beautiful property and views. Spacious with private entry. The space is a mother-in-law apartment in the basement of our home and is completely separate from the rest of the home. Note that you will need to go down exterior stairs (or hill) to access the apartment.
The space
Full basement apartment with separate entrance. Homeowner lives above. 1100 Sq. ft. provides lots of room to spread out, with tons of daylight. 10 foot ceilings and full walk-out provides abundant light and openness. Close to hiking and biking trails and the Bountiful Temple. Just 7 mins. to the freeway and 19 mins. to downtown Salt Lake City or the airport. Snowbasin Ski Resort is just 50 minutes to the north, with Alta, Snowbird, Park City and Deer Valley within an hour drive to the south. Close to Lagoon and South Davis Recreation Center, with a park with playground just a 1-minute walk away.

The apartment entrance is on the west (back) of the house, basement level. Please note that you will need to go down steps or a grassy hill to access the basement apartment. Access is separate from homeowner and completely private.

We had such an enjoyable stay. The apartment was perfect for us. Rebecca responded promptly when we had questions, which we greatly appreciated. The yards were gorgeous!The kitchen was so well stocked and had many little extras, like a spice rack full of spices, if you plan to cook something special, plus regular cooking oil and olive oil. I thought that was lovely.We would definitely stay here again and it made our well so comfortable. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in Bountiful! We were in town for a soccer tournament for 5 days/4 nights, so we were looking for a place with more space than a hotel room and a kitchen so we didn’t have to constantly eat out. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!

Pretty clean for the most part besides the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are really uncomfortable, hard, and squeaky. Has a beautiful backyard and scenery. The area is really nice with everything close by. Great for the price but not for the sleep. lol
