Enjoy what this 3-bedroom has to offer. The property includes all the essentials you’ll need for your stay plus more! Less than 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the airport.
All bedrooms have king sized beds so guests will have a comfortable stay. Master has ensuite bathroom along with an additional guest bathroom. Linens provided, bathroom essentials, laundry essentials- everything you need to feel at home away from home.
Fully stocked coffee bar, tools to make the best cocktails and board games to have some fun!
Parking for two and additional parking on street if needed. This property is a duplex, the space includes the upper half. There is no access to your unit from the other unit.

Felicia's place is amazing. Very clean, and Felicia herself was super nice and accomodating as a host. Regarding location, there is not much around in terms of walking distance and in North Salt Lake overall, but everything was just a quick drive or rideshare away. Travelers/future guests should know the surrounding area has a bit of a unpleasant scent, due to the nearby refineries. Still would recommend staying here if you need an affordable place in the greater SLC area

So, so , much better than a hotel and only a little more . Amenities were very good. Location was just fine. Was here for Work and play and I’m so glad I will stay like this. Every time I come back to Utah .
