About this house rental
This well kept home is just outside charming Eureka Springs, AR, known as the Little Switzerland of America or the San Francisco of the Ozarks.
Shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, lakes and rivers are at your fingertips. The home has features that cater to motorcyclists, including a paved, circular driveway w/two entrances to Hwy 62, a garage that accommodates at least 4 motorcycles/trikes with ample receptacles for plugging in battery chargers.
The kitchen is well equipped for preparing full meals so you can save by not eating out all the time if you like. The spacious deck in is a great place to relax, cook out, but (never move the grill under the overhang of the deck) and have a soak in the hot tub. There is a big fenced yard that accommodates children, pets and yard games if you want to bring some toys.
Please note that our rate is for 2 people using one bedroom and one bath. Adding additional guests will incur an additional fee of $25 per person per night.

Great location - near the Passion Play and other Eureka Springs attractions. Very spacious home. Great host communication. Well supplied with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The house and location was great. The only issue we had was the shower in the master bathroom the water would only get warm, the hot water from the sink in the master bath would get a lot hotter, than the shower.

This house appealed to us because of the location being close to everything and easily accesible for an elderly women. It was clean but very dated and the light switches were like a puzzle trying to find the right ones! It's a three bedroom, large house, but the price listed is only for two people, so to take my Mother along it was an additional 25 per night. Then later, after we had booked and paid for it, the host informed us if we planned to use the 3rd bedroom there would be and additional cleaning fee! I have never had that happen before and it really dampened the trip before it even got started. We kind of felt like we had to be so careful of everything while we were there. The add says it is pet friendly, but beware, the large yard is not secured for little dogs and they want you to leave your dog in a crate and you pay an additional 50 for each dog! We were very careful to clean up after our dogs but two of the neighbors dogs make it there daily stop off!
