Enough room to be comfortable, plenty of bedrooms, and living areas upstairs and down. Minutes from downtown Hutchinson, Elks Park for the kids, and 6 miles from the popular Crow River Winery. Upstairs features two large main floor bedrooms and 2 full main floor bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private full master bath with walk-in shower, and large vanity with double sinks. Upstairs living room has a 55” smart TV and comfortable sectional. Full kitchen provides all your needs including updated appliances, coffee maker, griddle, toaster, blender, hand mixer, measuring cups, serving utensils and much more. Laundry room with washer and dryer also located on main floor. The spacious downstairs features 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a second living room with 50” smart TV, foosball table, plenty of seating and a walk out to the backyard. This house worked out great for a few of our families to come together for Christmas. The heated garage with a ping pong table was a nice feature for the middle of winter!

We rented this house for a girls weekend and it was great! The bedrooms set up worked well for our group of 7. It was fun to cook our own meals and relax after shopping. Well stocked house, very clean, we would definitely recommend staying here.
