Many, many restaurants, Tanger outlets, multiple microbreweries, Jungle Jims waterpark, Junction and Breakwater bike/hike trail, miniature golf, movies, bowling... all under 2 miles from your home for the week.
Cleaning: Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
New Construction: This is a new home in a new community and as a result there may be some construction taking place in future phase of the community during your stay.
Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.
Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have security camera(s) and / or video doorbells installed outside of the living space of the house. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.
COVID-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures:
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. We did not have great weather during our stay due to a Hurricane... but our vacation was still great due to the wonderful house! we all just hung out and no one ever felt like they were on top of each other... the space was amazing!

We loved our time here! The house was perfect and had everything we needed for the week. The location to all the shops, restaurants, and downtown was convenient, and the community pool was only steps away! We hope to visit again next summer!

The house was amazing. The only thing that was missing that was on the listing was a hot tub. But overall it was great.

Very clean and beautifully decorated house but the upstairs beds are actually cots that were uncomfortable. Also one of the bedrooms had no tv. Another bedroom had glass doors that were only partially covered, so offered no privacy . We had to improvise a covering for it. The deck had no umbrellas so it was impossible to sit out there often. and be warned if you have a problem navigating stairs because there’s no railing outside. There’s a window that faces the house next door that is mostly uncovered so be prepared to have people stare at you as you eat at the table. If these things were fixed, it would have been perfect.
