All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
One dog weighing up to 50 pounds or two dogs with a total combined weight of 50 pounds are welcome.
The fireplace is disabled and not for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a ring camera on the front porch.

We had a great time -- this house fit our needs perfectly when we came for a baseball tournament. Comfortable rooms, kitchen had what we needed, great location!

This house was great for our family. The fenced in yard and outdoor shower were a must with toddlers. The house was spacious and we especially enjoyed having the studio space for my mother. The location was convenient to the beach, food, and entertainment.

This charming, Pet friendly Rancher off Route 1 in Rehoboth gave us a pleasant surprise with a fully fenced back yard for the dogs (it was not fully fenced at the time of booking). We had a great time and had enough space and parking for a family gathering. Very close to Restaurants and shopping.

The house is in a great location. It’s in between Rehoboth and Lewes. However, the property needs a lot of upgrade especially the kitchen. The furnishings in the house is a mishmash of chairs and sofas from the owners main house ( nothing matches)! house! The WiFi given to house at our arrival never worked and we had to use an unsecured network from Vacasa. Vacasa manages the property but they are in the west coast and you have to communicate with a chatbot. We had a good time at Rohoboth but we expected much more for the price we paid.
