About this house rental

This home is very clean and extremely cozy. Very comfortable beds. Starlink wifi. Experience the small town feel with Diners,drive in movies, fairs or even visit Niagara Falls. Skiing in Ellicottville about 45 minutes away or in the summer try their rope course, coaster ride and zip line. In the town of Olean go to a St. Bonaventure basketball game, bowling& 30 minutes away at a sports plex. Only about 40 mins. to stargaze at Cherry Hill Park, Dogs allowed 35p. nt

About 60mins from Cuba Lake and go for a coaster ride in Ellicottville, Star gazing at Cherry Springs State park close by I think less than 30 minutes. Close to Bradford,Coutersport and Olean NY We do have dogs that live on the corner of the road and they will bark if they hear noise.

Overall great cabin with plenty of space and fully equipped amenities. Only downside was the coordination of booking with the host (almost was forced to go to a different property at the last minute) and because no one went into the laundry room, no one noticed the window that was open all night. This resulted in the portable A/C unit flooding overflowing a few times.

Upon Arrival there was a full garbage bag laying against the garage with a broken door. Siding was blown off the house. Outside appearance is in poor condition. There were fingerprints all over the microwave and toaster. The refrigerator had left over old food and condiments inside. Many items had an inch left inside and should have been thrown away. The house on the corner had dogs that barked viciously the entire time we were there. We could hear them while inside the house. Animal lovers would be very disturbed by the dog pen. The grass was too high to enjoy a bonfire. Very expensive to stay with the added charges. The advertised price is misleading.

This house is perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and your home felt like a home away from home! Debbie accommodates all your needs. She does a great job explaining the check in process and makes your experience easier. This was our first time using Vrbo and we will definitely use again! We definitely plan to stay again. We now have a place to stay to visit my daughter as long as there’s availability when we visit. Kuddos to Debbie for doing such a great job and making our first time experience feel safe and easy! Service isn’t the greatest in the area but she provides Wi-Fi in the home. So worth your time!!!!

Been visiting this area for 40 years. This property was a great home base for visiting relatives and our annual family reunion. Loved sitting on the porch for morning coffee and late at night. Great spot for families with kids. Big yard with lots to do if kids like playing outside!
