Everything was perfect! The host was very welcoming, the room was super clean, and the staff were always helpful. The room looked exactly like the photos in the listing. Great location, close to everything. Highly recommend!

50 day stay. Great location for entertainment and stores in the area, everything is walking distance from here. View of the ocean was nice. Air conditioners were excellent. Did not need a room key for keeping the power on in the room while out and about, meaning a cool room to return to after long walks, and not tv resets, that's HUGE! Everything worked well after you figure out how to use it. Views from the top floor. Kitchen. Price. Much needed air conditioners worked great!

Not deal breakers, but. No internet password in the room upon arrival. Check in and the door key were very difficult to figure out upon arrival, very tired after 26 hours of travel. Need more check in staff. We asked residents for help on our arrival and helped other residents work their room keys upon arrival as well. Need better comunication and instruction for check in. The security gate gaurds didn't understand much english and were'nt able to help us much during our 03:00 am arrival time at night. You will have to get your room key from a lock box inside the hotel, but you can't get to the unlocked lock box, because the entrance door to the building is locked, and you need a room key to open that door! UUHHGGGG! No pool bar. Crowded hot small elevators. Dated rooms very much need TLC. Short frequent electrical power, and day long internet outages. Bug spray in the room during our stay, clogged drains. You have to be self sufficent here. We were. Water bottle delivery services woul have been gladly hired.
