Je rejoins les nombreux très bons commentaires sur cet appartement. Rénovation très réussie dans un bâtiment ancien, grand confort et très bien équipé. Situé sur la rue piétonne très animée de Varazze mais fenêtres avec double vitrage et donnant sur une rue derrière donc très calme. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement à 2 pas, ce qui est plutôt rare en Italie où les centres villes sont souvent un vrai casse tête pour se garer. Beaucoup de docs touristiques dans l'apart sur que voir et que faire dans les alentours Propriétaire très aimable qui nous a remis les clés à l'arrivée . Varazze a été une bonne surprise : un super petit centre ancien typiquement ligure, un beau lungomare et une très belle plage à l'eau transparente et non envahie des transats des plages privées à cette époque de l'année mi octobre. L'Italie comme on l'aime, une fois la folie estivale terminée. Celle Ligure juste à côté est aussi très jolie.

Posizione ottima, accesso dalla stradina pedonale turistica, vicino al mare, senza rumore del traffico. A pochi passi da focaccerie, ristoranti, negozi e parcheggio pubblico. Appartamento curato, comodo e accessoriato di tutto. Proprietario super accogliente e disponibile.
