Die zentrale Lage, moderne Einrichtung, nähe zum Meer, die Ruhe, und natürlich Max (Vermieter) jederzeit erreichbar

Nuovo appartamento con due camere da letto, senza balcone (l‘altro appartamento con solo una camera da letto ha un piccolo balcone), la posizione, vicino al mare e alla città, un bel parcheggio grande davanti la casa incluso, tutto pulito, una grande bella doccia, una lavatrice che funziona benissimo, un stendino, un ferro a stiro, un fornello a induzione, senza lavastoviglie, al secondo piano in una villa, con le scale large, molto molto tranquillo anche la notte, ritorniamo sicuramente, il proprietario Massimiliano è molto gentile e risponde subito alle domande su whats app, il check-in senza problemi, siamo stati in una coda sull‘autostrada, il proprietario ci ha aspettato. Grazie per tutto caro Massimiliano.

Die Lage war optimal: 300 m vom Strand entfernt und 10 min vom Bahnhof. Man konnte gut im Hof parken. Das Bad war sehr schön eingerichtet und die Wohnung war sehr hell und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage hat gut in allen Räumen funktioniert.
Es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Dafür eine Waschmaschine und ein Bügeleisen mit Brett.
