L’unica cosa da sistemare sono le porte di bagno: magari un po’ di olio nelle maniglie, perché fanno troppo rumore. Per altro è tutto perfetto!!

schöner Aufenthalt in Varazze, dass uns jeden Tag besser gefallen hat.
Das Haus und die Appartements sind schön, Parkplatz vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig und man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss überall.
Als wir ankamen, hat in unserem Appartement die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, schlafen wäre so fast unmöglich gewesen bei extremer Hitze. Der Gastgeber hat uns zwar freundlich und unkompliziert das freie Appartement nebenan für 4 Tage zur Verfügung gestellt aber dieses ist deutlich kleiner und ohne Balkon. Dann ging es wieder in das ursprüngliche... So mussten wir zwei mal umziehen und haben kein Angebot einer Entschädigung bekommen-obwohl das Ersatzappartement deutlich minderwertiger war. Ärgerlich. Die Küchenausstattung ist gerade ausreichend, Möblierung sehr spärlich und funktionell.

Un appartamento molto grande e spazioso, che mantiene pavimenti e soffitti d'epoca ma è rimordernato completamente nei servizi e negli arredi. Utilissimo il posto auto. La zona è centrale ma molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Mi è stato possibile anticipare il check in e parcheggiare. Molto disponibile Massimiliano. Tornerò sicuramente.
A voler proprio essere pignoli ci aggiungerei un bollitore e la macchina del caffè

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Wir haben dort mit zwei Kindern einige Tage verbracht. Die Lage ist hervorragend. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und man erreicht Strand und Altstadt in wenigen Minuten. Das Auto kann man bequem auf dem Parkplatz abstellen – dieser ist im Preis inbegriffen und sicher. Ein Parkplatz ist in Varazze ein sehr wichtiges Thema. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sauber. Decke und Boden sind wahre Kunstwerke. Auch das Kochen in der Wohnung ist kein Problem. Ausserdem gehört ein Balkon dazu. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Bel soggiorno invernale a Varazze
Bellissimo appartamento in una villa che necessita di qualche lavoro, circondata da un cortile-giardino dove si può comodamente parcheggiare, in pochi minuti si raggiungono il centro ed il mare, negozi, bar, ristoranti ecc. L'appartamento è stato attentamente ristrutturato, gli ambienti sono ampi e i mobili nuovi, è molto luminoso e confortevole, il bagno bello e grande, noi non abbiamo cucinato ma c'era tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è stato disponibile ad un check in anticipato e su nostra richiesta ha fornito un doppio mazzo di chiavi.
Più che altro un suggerimento ... sarebbe utile qualche arredo supplementare tipo ganci attaccapanni , ripiani o mobiletti dove appoggiare le cose, nel soggiorno così ampio ci starebbe comodamente un guardaroba a servizio di chi dorme nel divano letto, che invece deve usare l'armadio nella camera, occupata dagli altri ospiti.
