The location was great , only a ten minute walk to and from the ferry. The views were wonderful as we could see right across the harbour and watch ferries arriving and leaving all day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a handy supermarket right next door. Only a short stroll to the old harbour and then onto the Aldilonda walk which brings you onto the path to the sandy beach of Arinella ( 3.5km ) from the apartment .
The steps up to the 4th floor . While we knew there was no lift , the lighting wasn’t great and there was a hand rail missing and another loose. We are in our 60/70’s and are fit but it was tough especially carrying a suitcase.

L appartement est spacieux , lumineux, propre. Belle vue sur la mer. Assez calme. Très bien équipé. Bien décoré. Rangement suffisant pour quelques jours dans les chambres. L' emplacement !! Supérette au bas de l immeuble. Centre ville et place St Nicolas à proximité à pied.
Les marchés pour accéder à l appartement....4 étages.....très difficile pour une personne âgée notamment. L éclairage dans la salle de bain qui mériterait d être amélioré surtout au niveau du miroir au dessus du lavabo.

Le logement est très joli et la vue est exceptionnelle. La localisation est propice à la découverte de la ville
Il faut être un peu sportif pour prendre les escaliers mais on s'y habitue vite
