Really great apartment. It is located a little away from the noisy tourist streets, but at the same time there are large shops, cafes nearby, you can walk to the sea. And important: in the yard there is parking with a camera.
Owner is a kind, friendly, attentive person. Situation: I asked for an extra pot (I meant any second-hand spare because I love to cook), the owner bought a great new one. Also comfortable communication, help, we were impressed! Thanks for letting us come with our cats. Beka, we wish you the best!

Easy to get there, somebody was met me near the door, it's a studio with separate kitchen, it's possible to cook there. Has a balcony. Good air conditioner. The room has a black out curtains! So good to sleep. Good wifi.
1. There is no lift, the studiovis on the 4th floor.
2. The bathroom is in bad conditions. After every use the toilet there is a flooding all the floor in bathroom.
The shower I was afraid to use as well, first it wasn't clean, and when I just opened the water I saw the water cannot go down, no drained.. need serious reparations.
3. Near is a building construction so everyday it was very noisy..
