A beautiful Victorian (I think) property with lots of period features. All mod cons provided in the house. There are a lot of stairs so if mobility is problem, I’d think carefully about that - stairs to get to first level (bathrooms), then a few to the kitchen & living room & another set to get to the bedrooms. The property was immaculate on arrival & the tea, coffee, milk & dog treats etc were a lovely thought. The location is so peaceful- no traffic noise & the view from the rear of the property is superb. Only a short walk to a couple of hotels with bar & food. The local post office & shop is nearby too.
The Beano/Dandy annuals took me back to childhood- I loved them!!
The key safe was awkward to operate & took several attempts to open. The buttons need pressing in fully to register.
The drive can just about squeeze on two cars but space is limited - the drive is shared.
We didn’t have access to the garden or if we did, we couldn’t work out how to get to it.
