La situation, proche d’une station de tram, et aussi à distance de marche de beaucoup d’attraits touristiques. La télévision était très intuitive et Canal+ inclus est un excellent point! Le café disponible en tout temps nous aussi beaucoup plu!

Peut-être un peu plus d’étagères dans la chambre et la salle de bain. La porte en arrière de la fontaine est assez bruyante pour notre chambre. Beaucoup de clients la claquaient.

1. No ventilation system in bathroom

The hotel is very well located, close to the old port, shops like Monoprix and Carrefour, and the metro. Despite being near a major road, the hotel is quiet. The staff is very pleasant, and the room is well laid out, at least for one person.

I'm only giving it a 7 because the room is sorely lacking in natural light, being located in the new basement annex (the room has been renovated and there's no unpleasant smell). The small window doesn't make much difference. Even though there's air conditioning, there's no mini-fridge, which would be a nice addition. Furthermore, the room overlooks the terrace, so you can hear people having breakfast or drinks in the evening. Despite a pleasant stay, I wasn't able to get any rest. Having a late check-out but being asked to leave by the cleaning lady because she wasn't aware of it, or having the "do not disturb" sign and being woken up to have two pillows put in for decoration...
