Top rental for short trip

The owner is super responsive and friendly. The price is super value given the apartment comfort and the location. Appartement is clean overall. Perfect for a business trip.

This place is the opposite of elegant. The shower stall was so small, I can’t imagine a large person could get in or out.

A well equipped apartment in the heart of Marseilles.

Very spacious apartment with adequate hob and spacious fridge. A good sized living room area (with table) where you could have your own meals. There was a shared washing machine near reception which is ideal for travelers like us that are interrailing around Europe.

The apartment is designed for extra people to stay on a sofa bed (in the living room area); however there isn't a separate ac unit to cover this room - the only ac unit is in the bedroom.

Everything was bad. Never come back. Host was not friendly.

The best part of the stay was the friendly gentleman at the reception.

Location was close to centre.

Parking card was not working. Nobody solve the problem. I paid for both parking and the hotel parking. A total of €140 to park my car for three nights, even though I made a reservation weeks in advance.

Location was great. Security in the apartment too. Prompt response of the receptionist. Everything you need to have it in the apartment.

You have to pay for laundry. They don't supply laundry soup. Shower is very very small, 2.5 feet x 2.5 feet. and is in a high spot. Kind of dangerous. My husband and I are small, and have a difficult time showering. Pillows are not good, need to be replace. And bed is not very comfy.

Good location with all needed for short staying

Nice location, close to railway and bus station. Cafes and mini shops are near. There are all amenities in the room - hairdryer, TV, good Wi-Fi, mini kitchen with everything you need

Many restaurants and supermarkets close by. Near to metro, bus and trams. Near to city attractions. Facilities in the studio were in good order - air con worked quietly and effectively.

Very plain decoration - no pictures on walls. No staff until time of departure. No local information in English and no staff to give advice. No info to use WiFi. Shower very high above floor - difficult to exit and possibly dangerous.

Reasonably close to town

Had a terrible time trying to contact the Manager and gaining access to my room. They should have texted me the door code before my arrival so I wouldn't be stuck out the front on the footpath dying for a pee waiting for someone to call me back. Then the key was inside a safe that I couldn't open until about 4-5 tries. Stairs were a hassle to.

Superb

Staff is very friendly and they answered for all of our questions. Check-in and check-out procedures were very easy. It was comfortable that we could leave our luggage after check-out hours. Kitchen was well equipped. Toilet was clean, there were: shower gel, hairdryer, clean towels. WiFi was working without any problems. Good and safe location.

We didn't have air-conditioning only fan. Air in our apartment was very humid and hot.

The staff was not able tp speak in English, only French. The room was too small for 4 people. Pillows were unconfortable.
