The room is quite spacious, has a big bathroom with separate toilet. The bed was comfortable for us as side sleepers. Contact with hotel was all online, but they are very quick to respond and very helpful!

The hotel was conveniently located close to Namba and Dotonbori. Many amenities close by like a laundromat and convenience stores. Check-in/out was easy and self-service. Bed/pillows were comfortable, the shower had really nice pressure. For the price, it's really good value for money!
Nothing, the hotel was perfect.

Location is good, very clean and spacious apartment. Very comfortable and fluffy beds.
When we arrived early we left our luggage but they don’t have a toilet. Not seeing any person at check in nor checkout feels a a bit impersonal.
