+ The location: within 5 minutes walking distance of den den town Namba aka where you'll find all the trading card game shops.
+ quick check in with clear instructions, no personel at the location.
- in between metro stations. To get to Shin Osaka or Umeda you have to walk to JR Namba station or choose Tennoji.
- no real kitchen size. You have got a small furtniture, a sink, enough to prepare coffee or tea. But nothing else to prepare your own meal. With being in Osaka no real downside since there a plenti of restaurants around for good prices. But if you are on a budget something to cook at home would be usefull.
