View and 20 mn walk to town center and parking

The Radiator( S ) was leaking in the lounge and flooded it but also a leak in the kitchen. We were left to deal with problem for the entire stay . The Management company was useless and total lack of professionalism and inaction. The Flat is looking tired and the photos do Not reflect reality. Only 1 medium sise Towel per person was provided . No face or hands towels. WIFI password did not work Meague supply of toilet paper(had to purchase our own the morning after arrival ). No fire exit instructions in case of fire evacuation at 12 th floor . A total disaster stay ! Very upsetting for a family new years eve.

Comfortable and cosy flat

The apartment is very functional, spacious, clean and cosy. It is in a very convenient location to explore the center of Rouen - not exactly in the old town, but a few min walk from it. It has a parking lot in underground parking below the building. This is a big advantage, because paid parking in Rouen is expensive and it is really hard to find a free of charge parking lot on the street. The apartment is on the 12 floor and has a nice view over the urbanised part of Rouen. It is just opposite the Police Station. There is a Lidl store in 200 m on the same street, but it is a small one and the opening hours are limited - from 8:30 till 8 pm and does’t work on Sunday… The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. There is a coffee machine with coffee - from the landlord. All facilities were available - you can feel like at home. Really good value!

The lift was very slow. Provision 15 min just to be waiting for the lift and exit the building. If you need to go to the garage and drive away - then you will need more time, because there are too many doors and corridors… I found the exit from this building to be a bit difficult. We had few unconformable experiences with the agency. They don’t speak English, hence you will need to use Google translate when you speak to them. The access to the property and the garage is not easy - there are too many keys and remote controls - and you definitely need proper guidance on how to enter. The issue was that the agency didn’t give us this guidance in advice when we paid the deposit, but on the day of travel. On the top of it this agency is using links which are corrupted and you cannot find any file (instead of attaching a file with this critically important info). So, on the day of travel we knew only the number of the building and nothing else. On the top of it the agent who was supposed to meet us didn’t turn up! He/she sent us a message to go to the office in Rouen city centre and take the keys from a box with a code. Hence we had to find a paid parking in the center and go to their office … Fortunately they re-sent their famous link with the important guidance on how to enter the garage (it is in another address and it has two automatic doors, controlled remotely). The lack of person to meet us and show us how to enter was a bit stressful for us.

Appartement très joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Literie très confortable. La personne qui nous a accueillis a pris le temps pour nous expliquer les lieux et les alentours. Le vaste parking souterrain est très appréciable. Commerces à proximité. Gratuité du métro le samedi pour visiter Rouen.

Comodo per famiglie con bambinj

L'appartamento è spazioso, i letti sono comodi, la cucina è ben attrezzata di pentole ed elettrodomestici. È molto luminoso grazie al piano alto e alle vetrate. Molto comodo avere il parcheggio privato. Il bagno ha il bidet che per noi italiani è decisamente importante!

Dallo stanzino lavanderia usciva un forte odore di fogna purtroppo che si sentiva anche con la porta chiusa. Il quartiere non è granché...per raggiungere il centro servono 20 minuti a piedi. In cucina sarebbe stato comodo avere anche dei tovaglioli e dell'olio.

Très belle location

Très bel appartement, clair, stylé et confortable. De plus très bien situé pour visiter la ville : pas besoin d' utiliser la voiture remisée en sécurité au parking.Vue superbe sur Rouen. Petit bémol : la chasse d'eau qui ne s'arrête pas toujours, et le ménage pas fait à fond ("minous"derrière la porte). A part ça, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Je conseille vivement.

L'accueil personnalisé et sympathique à notre arrivée effectuée par Christine malgré notre changement d'horaire. Un appartement très plaisant à vivre, lumineux, propre et doté d'une très bonne literie. Situé à environ 10 min de la station de métro "Joffre Mutualité", ce moyen de transport vous conduit au cœur du centre ville. Stationnement privé et sécurisé.

Radzę omijać ten obiekt! Wymagano od nas depozytu 500euro, który miał byc zwrócony po 7 dniach od wymeldowania. Niestety mimo licznych prób kontaktu, nie udało się odzyskać pieniędzy od obiektu. Na szczęście rezerwacja była realizowana przez booking i tylko dzięki temu odzyskałem cały depozyt, ale trwało to łącznie około miesiąca. Wlasciciel nie odpowiadał ani poprzez korespondencję booking ani poprzez smsy. Omijajcie z daleka. Na koniec dodam, że nie jest prawda to, iż mieszkanie jest blisko centrum.
