The host was extremely friendly. Location was also perfect because you are located next the indoor garden instead of the street. Which means: quiet once in the appartment, but also located very close to restaurants and the main area of Bologna.
The AC didn’t work in the bedroom but this was being fixed :)

Perfect location in Bologna. Very quiet. Bed is medium firm (7 out of 10 firmness). Spacious kitchen with washer. Nice courtyard where you can dry your clothes. Two flights of stairs up. Erika was incredibly helpful and let us check in early and leave late. Would definitely stay there again.
My only nitpick would be that there was a little bit of mildew near the edges of the shower door. Not a big deal, but a little extra attention to detail with the cleaning would make it perfect. Everything else was sparkling clean.

Está en una calle muy animada del centro de Bolonia, a solo 15 minutos de la estación central. Al ser interior, es muy tranquilo. El apartamento está reformado y está muy bien equipado. Tiene acceso a un pequeño patio compartido con los anfitriones. Facilidad en la hora ce check in. Posibilidad de dejar las maletas tras el check out
Segundo piso sin ascensor, por lo que no es apto para personas con problemas de movilidad

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania.
Bardzo czyste i zadbane mieszkanie, wygodne łóżko. Lokalizacja 15min pieszo od dworca, 15min do centrum - idealna.
Niestety, ale ściany w budynku sa bardzo cienkie. Sąsiad koło sypialni był bardzo głośny, śpiewał, krzyczał, puszczał głośno muzykę w nocy. W mieszkaniu wszystko słychać, rozmowy na klatce, przesuwanie mebli, spuszczenie wody sąsiadów. To jest jedyny minus, reszta warunki bardzo dobre.
