About this apartment rental
Modern apartment with terrace in the heart of the university area of Bologna.
The apartment, located on the third floor of a building without elevator, with entrance under the typical arcades of the Emilian capital, has been completely renovated and consists of a living and a sleeping area separated by a wall, although directly connected. The living area is furnished with a sofa, a desk, a dining table, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a kettle, a microwave and an espresso coffee machine. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and clothes rack. Both rooms have access to a small terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city, where guests can relax and eat in the open air thanks to the presence of a table with chairs. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine completes the layout.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. Not the best equipped property and no information provided how to use the various appliances.
Very responsive when we had a couple of problems with the heating and these were resolved very quickly.
Location is good and agent was very helpful.
Property needs a welcome pack and more tourist info.
