    Morning buffet was good and tasty! Onsen is not natural but large enough to relax the body. But when it gets busy, you have to wait for using the shower, hair dryer and changing clothes. Switching/cleaning onsen is 9PM-9:30PM, so it’s kind of rushy if you go there after 8PM because you have to get out of there by 9PM. Indoor Onsen was a little bit too hot at first. It took some time to get used to it. Outdoor Onsen was a nice temperature. Everytime when you go to onsen, you need to leave the room key at the reception desk for safety, and I thought it’s good. Hotel employees are very kind and nice! Good service and made me want to stay there again if I go to Osaka again someday!

    初めての利用でした．まずお風呂は夜は露天風呂，朝はサウナを満喫できました．朝飯は十分なボリュームで満足でした．特製プリンもまろやかでおいしかった．このコストでこの立地＋サービスはお得だと思います． 次に大阪出張の際もリピ確定です．

    風呂好き女一人旅にはとても良かったです。サウナ付きが夜の時間帯に女湯になったのでしっかり整えさせていただきました。コワーキングスペースがあるホテルだからか、部屋のデスクは小さく椅子も使いにくいものでした。 大阪滞在中に主に使った御堂筋線はかなり遠かったので歩数稼ぎました(笑) JR使いにはいいと思います。 朝、女湯になっていた露天風呂が今回ものすごく汚くて気持ち悪くて入れませんでしたが、伝えた係員さんには丁寧に対応してもらえました。 また機会があれば泊まりたいです。 朝食はすごく良かったです。
