Местоположението беше много удобно- на пешеходно разстояние до повечето забележителности, до спирка на трамвай и на метро. Множество ресторанти, магазини и заведения за хранене в близост.
Комуникацията с домакините беше изключително трудна. При настаняването имаше проблем с предварително получените инструкции за получаване на ключивете. Беше посочен грешен номер на кутията за ключа, както и грешна парола. Собствениците не вдигнаха телефона от първото позвъняване и не върнаха обратно обаждане. Бяхме с малки деца и това беше неприятно неудобство.
