Very comfy and clean place. Close to everything.

The room got very hot if you didn’t open the window permanently.

It had everything and the bed was so comfortable

Someone was smoking in the next room for one night but after I told the theatre 9 team the next day I couldn’t smell it and they apologised profusely

The property was very close to the centre, with a supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. after a day or two, we actually found some short cuts which meant walking to the centre only took us around 10 mins. the bed was very comfy, and pillows were too. the kitchen is stocked, utensils, plates ETC. we did enjoy the self check in, but we have done this before in other countries so we found it easy

between 2 people, there was only 6 hangers so we had to live out of our suitcases. No safe so we had to carry 5 days worth of cash around aswell as our passports/valuables. the room we stayed in (number 38) has 3 large windows - one facing outside, and 2 facing into the hallway which did NOT have curtains which meant people could look into our bedroom/bathroom, absolutely no privacy. the shower was either too hot or too cold and the door did not shut properly so water would often leak and the taps were very stiff. there is no storage for luggage, so when we arrived at 11am we had to walk everywhere with our suitcases/bags. also, there was a security nook near the entrance, and when we was asking him where we could leave luggage, he was rude and unhelpful (he might have no affiliation with the hotel) also, the TV didn’t work!!!
