NEED IMPROVEMENT: Tell clients that the flat is located in the Skynest Residences by City Blue building. Our taxi driver and safari tour operator had a hard time finding the place. Our taxi was turned away at the gate and spent additional 20 minutes looking for the place. We had to call the owner/manager to provide guidance. The security did not know anything about Skynest Residences by Lisa’s Paradise. No hot water upon arrival after flying 19 hours, 4 hours stopover, 1.5 hours at passport control, and 1 hour of taxi driving, we just wanted to shower and sleep at 5 am. There was no hot water and my husband ended up taking a cold shower. The hot water has to be manually turned on to heat the water. We messaged the owner ahead to let them know of our flight arrival at 2 am. We paid one extra day of rent to be able to check in early. Knowing this, hot water should have been turned on. Provide more than three towels for our family of 3. We had to ask for more towels for the pool. Provide more than three small rolls of toilet paper for our family of three who are staying for 7 days. Have proper hand washing soap. Our bottle was almost empty. Instead of providing a new bottle, water was added to the bottle so we had to use watered down hand soap. It ran out after 3 days and was finally provided a new bottle after asking for refill. We stayed 7 days and had one clean up after 4 days. Clean up did not provide fresh linen or towels.

The location and the staff were very friendly and helpful;)

The cleaner was reachable when needed

The sheets and towel was dark not white, so very difficult to know if there are cleaned or not. They have to change the bedding equipment
