The contact with the apartment manager was excellent. She even arranged our transfer from the airport. The accommodation was perfect for our family and short stay in Nairobi. We very much enjoyed the builiding facilities (incl. pool, gym)

Very nice functional apartment in a great location. The host was very responsive and very warm. The internet was good as well. Absolutely no issues with the apartment.
The water from the shower wasn't as hot as I would like.

The Airbnb itself was quite pleasant. The cleanliness and ambience were excellent making it indeed tranquil.
Only one towel however was provided per guest and that meant there was no option for a refresh during our three nights stay. Surprisingly, the towels were locked away restricting guest access. While the rest of their service was good, this linen policy detracts from the whole experience of tranquility. Please consider revising your linen policy.
