Loved the location and size of property! Friendly front desk, great pool area and close to all amenities plus near Westlands malls
The security in the Corridors were very unfriendly, almost bullying residents, very annoying

The apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything I need for a 1-week staying. I also felt very safe.
I didn't realize there wouldn't have been any housekeeping - I spent 1 week, so it'd have been nice to receive a housekeeping service. Also, on checking out, the process to receive the deposit back was a bit odd considering they wanted to give me either USD or KES in cash which I wouldn't have a chance to use. A refund through the card seems a no go: they left me their business card to follow-up directly for the deposit refund. I hope I'll get it!
