Nice location. Friendly staff and lovely large room
Only one lift working for all 3 weeks I was there. So sometimes over 5 minutes to wait for a lift

The apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything I need for a 1-week staying. I also felt very safe.
I didn't realize there wouldn't have been any housekeeping - I spent 1 week, so it'd have been nice to receive a housekeeping service. Also, on checking out, the process to receive the deposit back was a bit odd considering they wanted to give me either USD or KES in cash which I wouldn't have a chance to use. A refund through the card seems a no go: they left me their business card to follow-up directly for the deposit refund. I hope I'll get it!
