House was very spacious and had good beds and mattresses. Very comfortable. There were many facilities provided. TV, KTV, full kitchen, BBQ equipments (bring your own charcoal), snooker table and private pool. Good seating areas around the pool. Living room very comfortable. BBQ setup was very good. It was a great place for family gatherings!
There were issues with KTV in the beginning. Only mandarin songs readily available. Very limited English songs. Need to download the songs before singing and download speed was very slow. We end up connecting youtube to the sound system instead for karaoke. Did not use the provided KTV. There were some wifi connections issues as well but was resolved quickly by management person.
Minor limitation with water filter. No cold water only hot and warm water available.

Big and spacious for large party, swiming pool and a pool table seems new, good and secure parking for 2 cars.
Layout and various steps on a single story villa ...tripping hazards for elderly wheelchair bound.
