Comfortable place with affordable prices.

Very nice and friendly staff, I did not encounter any issues, moreover - knowing that I'm already in the city, I was offered an early check-in, although I did not even ask for it not hoping that this option would suddenly be available. Yes, the hotel is not in downtown, but its location is quite convenient. The room was quiet and comfortable, the bed was VERY comfortable. In my case, it had a full-fledged desk and a good chair, which was important for me. Based on the totality of parameters, this was a very good stay for the price.

The shower cabin has slightly worn-out equipment that has clearly been repaired more than once - though it worked, it seems it's time to replace it :)

Good room, poor location

The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were also accommodating of my late-night arrival.

I found this hotel to be a fairly poor value. While the room was comfortable, the location was bizarre and the hotel lobby seemed still under construction. Also, I was informed that there was no regular receptionist past 4 PM, which proved frustrating at times. While I appreciated the room, the inconveniences made this hotel a poor value, especially given the amount of better-priced options in Belgrade.

Extremely and frustrated with this Hotel's service and attitude.

The hotel confirmed booking, but then with only 3 hours before we were to check in they informed us that they had stuffed up and could not provide us with accommodation. This was on New Year's Eve and there were very few other last minute choices. No offer of other alternatives or compensation, they washed there hands of us after sending us that message. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Failing to replenish shower gel in time( So when I took a shower, I found out there was no shower gel in the bottle, AWKWARD😂) Because it's newly decorated. there is some smell.

Excellent value for money - we only stopped there for overnight stay, but the facilities were fantastic for the price. Brand new, super clean, very comfortable. Extremely nice staff too!

Keine schöne Erfahrung

Extrem unhygienisch und unsicher! Das Zimmer war schmutzig, im Kühlschrank standen benutzte Flaschen vom Vorgänger. Die Handtücher waren mit gelben Flecken übersät. Abends wurde es laut, jemand schrie stundenlang, doch niemand reagierte. Die Rezeption war dauerhaft unbesetzt, das Hotel trotzdem offen, keinerlei Sicherheit ! In der zweiten Nacht eskalierte es. Ein Mann brüllte zwei Stunden lang vor dem Eingang, betrat immer wieder das Gebäude. Als wir das Hotel fluchtartig verlassen wollten, bat ich telefonisch um Begleitung doch der Mitarbeiter meinte nur: „Das ist auch nur ein Hotelgast.“ Erst nach mehrfachem Bitten und einer halben Stunde wurde der Mann weggeschickt. Als wir endlich im Auto saßen, sahen wir die Mitarbeiter draußen stehen und lachen. Extrem respektlos!!!

Locatie buna pentru un sejur in Belgrad sau tranzit, camere spatioase, pat mare, wi-fi, AC si parcare sigura. Receptia ok, ne-am inteles usor in engleza, langa hotel este o cafenea, unde poti petrece timp dimineata si seara si spalatorie auto.
