L'appartement était propre, calme et bien situé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue sur le Cervin depuis le balcon alors que sur les photos il semblait être à la fenêtre de la cuisine. Les lits étaient confortables. Le personnel, bien que absent, était très réactif par message via Booking pour nous aider à notre arrivée.

L'appartement était au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, peu pratique avec de grosses valises lourdes. Les capsules de la machine à café n'étaient pas vraiment adaptées, difficile de préparer un café.

Spacious apartment with great views of the Matterhorn. Good communication on arrival and check in progress. Comfortable bed and room for bags. Appreciated having a washing machine. Easy location to find. The nearby Denner grocery was extremely valuable for provisions. .

No paper towels, soap, shampoo or conditioner provided. Paper towels and soap are standard provisions when booking accommodations.

The front balcony offers a view of the Matterhorn, while the back balcony has train and tunnel view (though the views from both sides are partially blocked by other buildings). The place is clean and well-equipped. It has a washing machine and two drying racks, which was very convenient.

The sofa bed is very small and barely fits two people comfortably. We arrived close to dark, and the entrance to the property was extremely difficult to find. There were absolutely no lights among the ABCD buildings or in the hallways. We were charged an extra CHF 50 for a 4-year-old child, which was the only accommodation on our entire trip that required an extra fee. No body wash, shampoo, or laundry detergent were provided.

Perfekt lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt mot Matterhorn från balkongen. Balkongen är möblerat med fina möbler, det finns dynor, filtar och kuddar. Det var så mysigt att sitta där på kvällarna och njuta av Matterhorn.

Det kan vara själva vägen till lägenheten, man fick gå igenom nån slags industri. Men det gjorde absolut ingenting.
