Der Aufenthaltsraum/Wintergarten ist sehr gemütlich mit Blick in den Garten. Die Entfernung zum Strand und zur Fußgängerzone. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. die Vermieter wohnen neben an und sind sehr hilfsbereit und sind sehr gut erreichbar.
Das Haus könnte in allen Ecken einen Anstrich gebrauchen, die Wände sind überall schmutzig. Im neuen Anbau ist Schimmel. Es stehen extrem viele Möbelstücke im oberen Bereich, dadurch wird das Kinderzimmer noch kleiner. Das Etagenbett aus Metall ist als solches gar nicht zu gebrauchen. Die WC Brille ist gesprungen. Der Boden knarrzt total beim Laufen, vorallem in der Nacht ein Problem. Auch die Zimmertüren schließen nicht gut. Man weckt dadurch die restliche Famile auf, wenn man nachts raus muss. Es gibt sehr viel Geschirr, aber nur zerkratzte Pfannen und eine Pfanne, wo man sich die Hand verbrennen kann.
In den Schlafzimmern könnten nettere und neuere Nachtischlampen sein.
Das Haus ist hellhörig, die Nachbarn waren gut zu hören.
Wir sind früher abgereist, weil dann noch die Straße aufgerissen wurde und die Lärmbelästigung enorm war. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, aber eine freiwillige "Entschädigung" wäre eine nette Geste gewesen.

Schöner Garten ausgestattet mit riesigem Sonnenschirm, gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum, große gut ausgestatte Küche. Super Lage, 2 Minuten zum Strand mit Strandbädern. Auch öffentlicher Strand mit Strandbar, Toiletten und Duschen in 400m Entfernung. 5 Minuten Entfernung zu Marina di Pietrasanta mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Supermärkten. In einer halben Stunde bis Stunde mit dem Auto in Lucca und Pisa. Wir waren begeistern und werden wieder kommen.

Villetta dai colori pastello, molto molto luminosa, spaziosa, arredata con cura e completa di ogni confort. Veramente molto bella... la veranda ci è rimasta nel cuore!
Tutto assolutamente super! ... per un soggiorno lungo potrebbe essere apprezzato un posto auto interno, non su strada. Ma bene ugualmente.

The location is perfect as it is close to the beach and to the shopping area. There are also some small shops and restaurants nearby. The house is spacious and the garden is enjoyable. The hosts are friendly and responsive.
The cleaning was quite superficial. For instance, we noticed dust on the fridge, in the corners, and under some furniture. The kitchen range hood had a layer of grease. The drawers with the cutlery, as well as the cupboard with the tableware (glasses, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher filter), were dirty with dust or food leftovers. There are plenty of household items, but most of them are old and in poor condition (e.g., clothes dryer, pots, and pans). There were large cobwebs on the ceiling of the living room and the door frame. The furniture of the kitchen is old and damaged (the fridge door is corroded), which is not apparent from the pictures posted on Booking. Additionally, the side windows of the kitchen/living room directly overlook the terrace and storage area of the owners, requiring the curtains to be closed for privacy. When we arrived, the windowsill was full of cigarette butts. The headboards of the beds had moisture stains, which were not visible in the pictures. Between the mattress and the box spring, there was a lot of dust and dirt.
The morning after our arrival, we informed the owners and sent them many pictures, and they quickly arranged for additional cleaning with two cleaners for two hours on the same day. This helped, but a deep cleaning of the house was still needed. Had we not been with our little one, we would have sought for an alternative accommodation. Despite the kindness and responsiveness of the owners, we felt they did not take responsibility and instead blamed the cleaning company. They should ensure the overall state of the house is satisfactory (particularly the beds and the kitchen) when guests arrive and reflects the pictures on Booking.
Booking only allows us to upload 4 pictures (1 per area) but we have 40+ pictures to illustrate our description and they were all sent to the owners.
