Struttura stupenda compreso la piscina. Una delle cose che ci è piaciuto molto é stato che di notte veniva chiusa e non era aperta a tutti ma solo ai residenti cosa che ci faceva stare molto più tranquille e al sicuro essendo due ragazze. L’appartamento era perfetto, grande,comodo e pulitissimo.

Non c’è niente della struttura che non ci sia piaciuto. Tutti i servizi funzionavano alla perfezione. Sia per gli spazi comuni che per l’appartamento in sé non ci sono state problematiche.

We had a wonderful 11-night stay at this apartment in Tenerife. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep every night and great AC. The location was excellent, with everything we needed close by. The host was also very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tenerife.

However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The hairdryer provided was not very good at all and could definitely do with an upgrade. We were also only given two rolls of toilet paper for the entire 11 nights, which wasn’t really sufficient for a stay of that length. In addition, the kitchen bin was very small and needed to be emptied frequently. We couldn’t find any extra bin bags, so we had to source our own replacements. Another downside was that the walls and ceilings seemed quite thin. We could regularly hear noise coming from the apartment above, often at all hours of the morning. At times it sounded as though furniture was being moved around or a chair was being rolled across the floor, which could be quite disruptive. These issues are relatively minor and could be easily addressed to improve the experience for future guests. Overall, we still had a great stay and would recommend the apartment to anyone looking to book.

So central to everything you could ever need! The apartment had literally everything, it was perfect the host was brilliant aswell, keeping me updated throughout the whole say! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! I will absolutely be returning! Thankyou! ☺️

Appartamento praticamente nuovo,situato in zona strategica di Las America.

Nota negativa per la comunicazione del proprietario, sono stato 45 minuti sotto il sole con le valige in mano a cercare il l'appartamento perché Maps all' indirizzo indicato mi indicava un hotel. Non risponde alle chiamate. Appartamento sporco con capelli dappertutto e manate su tutte le superfici. Nel complesso se ti accontenti va bene altrimenti meglio un hotel.
