Villa Petrana

Our host was lovely, very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We did not meet them but the communication was perfect via message. The location is perfect, it’s on the best side of the bay I would say as it is close to the main attractions of the area. (10 minute drive into town) we did have bikes available to use but due to the drivers in Montenegro and the speed on the windy roads, we did not use them out of safety. But it is a great addition none the less! The beach is beautiful, the village is tucked into a smaller bay within kotor bay, the mountains beside it made it idyllic. Not too crowded at all and the villa supplied beach chairs to take down to the beach, adding to our beach comfort significantly which we were grateful for. The apartment is well equipped with things like an iron, washing machine, hairdryer and even the smaller details such as delicious biscuits (which we were so glad to be introduced to and purchased more to take home!) and a plug in mosquito repellent, which is needed here! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the plants made it feel very private and pretty. We would recommend the Casa Del Mare, straight down the road on the beach for a 2 course sweet and savoury breakfast and the restaurant on the other side of the road opposite side of the village to Kotor for the most delicious mussels with own recipe tomato sauce. I would definitely recommend this apartment, worth every penny. Thank you Rita for our stay!

The only slight niggle was that the parasol on the balcony was broken and we bodged it so we could use it with various objects to get some shade early evenings.

Tivat hava limanında enib hava limanının yaxınlığında Tivat avtovağzalından Orahovac ərazisinə bilet aldıq və busdan tam evin yanında düşdük. Evdən məsul olan şəxs hər problemi yerindəcə həll etdi səmimi münasibət göstərdi.

Şəhər mərkəzinə 8 10 km uzaqlıqda yerləşirdi maşın kirayələməyənlər üçün çətinlik ola bilər. Evdən şəhər mərkəzinə getmək üçün ya yoldan keçən buslara minməlisiniz yada ki taksi ilə getməlisiniz təxmini 10-15 euro.

We booked the whole house for two families. To have somewhere large enough to accommodate all of us and have two separate living areas, allowing us to maintain some privacy, was great. The upstairs is completely self-contained with its own balcony and a sea view that was a real highlight. Downstairs has its own garden and separate outdoor dining area. There is also enough parking for two to three cars. The house is really well equipped and comfortable, but best of all is it’s location. It’s so close to the beach – you can pop back to the house throughout the day in less than two minutes – this is especially great with young children. Also, there is a bus stop and local shop about two minutes walk away which is great. We would love to go back and holiday there again. Orahovac village is idyllic, peaceful and picturesque and is also perfectly situated to visit other popular tourist locations such as Perast, Kotor, Tivat, Budva and more. Great property, great location!
