Все в шаговой доступности, квартира чистая, мы приехали в 11, хозяйка запустила нас, очень приветливая. 2 раздельные комнаты, кухня отдельно. Все чистенько. Интернет хорошо работает. Вода горячая и холодная. Если поедем еще раз, обязательно остановимся у них же.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. The location is excellent – very close to the city center and within easy reach of many of the city's main attractions. Public transportation is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The neighborhood is full of life and has an amazing vibe. There are many traditional Georgian restaurants, charming little sidewalk cafés for a cozy and intimate atmosphere, wine bars, and even convenience stores that are open 24/7. The apartment itself is spotless and very comfortable. The bed linens and towels were perfectly clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you enjoy cooking and relaxing with a nice glass of wine at home. The bathroom is modern, and there was hot water available at all times. Last but certainly not least, the host is incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. Whenever we needed assistance, she responded very quickly and was always happy to help with a smile, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to future guests.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I had a wonderful stay.

Very proximate distance to liberty square. You're in a city center, yet the surrounding was very quiet. We managed to park our car right in front of the door for free.

Beds were not ready even though we mentioned that 4 people are staying. We were not given any extra appliances even though we asked for them.
