Apartment in the city center lll

Very nice apartment in the really nice area of tbilisi.

Really nice apartment with really nice view, Also good host and really clean rooms.

We take the key at the exactly same time we arrived and the host was always in touch when we need something. It was really good experiance.

It was a pleasant yet strange experience. There are several apartments in this building listed on Booking.com. The one we booked (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom) had a gas leak a few days before our arrival. However, the host did not cancel our booking or inform us about it. So when we reached, they offered us a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and made me cancel the previous booking. The apartment was clean but not well-equipped. There was no microwave and toaster, but they arranged for it after 2 days. And there was a major plumbing issue in the bathroom; there was water seeping out of the bathtub and the entire floor would be filled with water, making it super risky. They came and checked the bathroom and said it would be fixed the next day but that didn’t happen. The third day after following up multiple times they gave us towels to keep on the floor that would soak up the water. I found that a little unprofessional and weird (you don’t pay for a hotel to walk on soaked towels in a leaking bathroom). I asked to either fix the bathroom, transfer us to another apartment, or refund us for the remaining nights and we would check in elsewhere. They didn’t respond for couple hours and then said they would sort it out the next day. The fourth day they transferred us to another apartment that was a very lovely one. The hosts seemed friendly and genuine, and we appreciated all the efforts. However, they should have informed us through the app that the apartment we originally booked wasn’t available. That way, I would have had a few days to consider other options. Secondly, they tried their best to convince us to manage with the towels on the floor in the leaking bathroom and only transferred us to another apartment after I asked multiple times and requested a refund for the remaining nights. All in all, it was a decent stay.
