disappointing experience

the idea of the object is well conceived but poorly implemented

the agreement was to enter the facility at 4:00 p.m., the facility was not ready, we waited an hour for the cleaner (who was very kind) to clean the apartment. My request at that moment to cancel the reservation was rejected. For registration, they ask you for a ID photo and they do not give you information about who takes your personal data, for what purpose it will be used and how long they will keep your data. This is against the law on the protection of personal data. Overall a very bad experience. I'm sorry I didn't take all the negative reviews for this property more seriously.

Avoid this facility.

New facilities. Well arranged rooms. “Smart” house.

The facility was not clean. Big spiders and their webs beneath the beds. Spiders all around the house. There is mold on the shower ceiling. The bed was worn off and squeaking all the time. And the mattresses not comfortable. We booked for 4 persons. We only got 3 pillows. The staff said they will send a pillow. They never did. We booked an ev charging spot. The spot was always occupied by other guests with no ev cars. Staff could not do anything. Maybe some signage would help. Entrance with the car was a big failure. System malfunction they said. Next day they said they fixed it. Nothing happened. To get in the parking lot, you have to walk in and open the gate from the inside. There are no sockets that we could use. And the facility has no adaptors for international clients. So we couldn’t even charge our phones. The apartment is “smart.” But difficult to handle without some instructions. And no instructions are given. So prepare to spend some time after arriving to figure out how to turn the lights, music etc on and off. The stories in the balcony are not properly fitted. The morning light will wake you up. They are programmed to even open up early each morning. The AC was not working. There is a CCTV camera in the terrace, which invades your privacy as a guest. The support never answers the phone. Only messages. They respond with willingness to fix things. And they are apologetic. But nothing comes out of this.

Dissapointing

Shower is great. Has nice backyard

We were really disappointed with this place. The apartment is extremely humid and smells damp — even with windows open all day, nothing helps. The air conditioning works only in one room, the building's ventilation doesn't work at all, and everything feels sticky and uncomfortable. The bed is awful, the air heavy, and we barely slept. The living room TV didn't work either. We contacted the host about all of this, and got nothing but robotic replies - no action, no help. Cozy light - not working. Smart lighting in house - annoying and no instructions. Plants dead and ugly. Apartment decorated with some wedding pictures from the internet, extra creepy. We also asked about the grill, which was shown in the pictures and was one of the main reasons we booked this place. Only after we arrived, they told us it was broken and being repaired — but this was never mentioned in the listing, which felt really dishonest. On top of that, the pans in the kitchen are so burned and old they're basically unusable, so cooking was a pain too. In the end, we left a day early because the whole experience was just unpleasant and disappointing. Would not recommend.

A very modern, well equipped, quiet, spacious apartment. High quality appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kitchen utensils). We stayed two weeks and felt very much at home. Geroldswil offers all the necessary services (retail, pharmacy, ATM, bakery, etc), but a car is highly recommended. We’ll book it again without any hesitation.

Lovely place, with great features, almost too smart for us =)

The house had all the mod cons and suited our needs with parking. Communication with the host was good. It was in a quiet area and suited a self drive holiday.

The smart features were great but needs more instructions. Similarly some of the amenities needed better instructions e.g. Oven, washer and dryer. The apartment was surface clean but could do with a better deep clean (e.g. windowsills)

It is not a simple accommodation, it is an experience!

A grade 20 apartment, exceptionally clean, smells incredible right from the entrance. Audio system in every room, including the bathroom. The whole house is smart, we appreciated it a lot. The kitchen is equipped far beyond expectations for a hotel in a hotel regime. We were so impressed that we stayed an extra day.

The only thing missing were paper towels for the kitchen, but it's such a minor detail compared to what this apartment offers.

Perfect if you need to be in the area

Very nice apt, ground floor, nice terrace and garden. Much bigger than a hotel room with similar cost. It has a kitchen, tv and all you need. We had some works in the area so it was very well located. Walking distance to shops and backery. It can easily accommodate 4 or a family with kids.

La casa è molto comoda, moderna e completamente digitalizzata, molto pulita, e dotata di tutti i comfort. Gli elettrodomestici sono di ottima qualità (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice e frigorifero Miele). Appartamento carino e funzionale, situato in una zona tranquilla appena fuori Zurigo.

• Le tapparelle della zona giorno si alzano automaticamente alle 7:40: in vacanza ognuno ha i propri orari e svegliarsi per la luce non è piacevole. Sarebbe meglio disattivare l’automatismo o permettere al cliente di scegliere. • Il riscaldamento non è gestibile dall’interno dell’appartamento. Al nostro arrivo faceva molto caldo (1° grado fuori) e abbiamo dovuto contattare più volte l’assistenza. Un termostato interno renderebbe tutto molto più comodo e personalizzabile. • Nota più negativa: prima della prenotazione ci era stato confermato che la wallbox fosse dedicata e con ricarica gratuita. In realtà il posto auto era occupato da un’altra vettura non elettrica e la ricarica risultava a pagamento. Nonostante numerosi contatti con l’assistenza, la struttura non ha rimborsato la spesa sostenuta (circa 65 CHF in totale), poi rimborsata da Booking. Più che per l’importo, il fastidio è stato per il servizio promesso ma non rispettato. Nonostante l’esperienza negativa legata alla wallbox, assegno comunque un voto di 7, perché non sono una persona che valuta solo il disservizio ma l’esperienza nel suo complesso. Con una gestione più chiara di questi aspetti, avrei dato volentieri 8 o 9.

Casa MUITO confortável e futurística dos Jetsons!

Facilidade de acesso e comunicação com os anfitriões. Tudo muito tecnológico (tive um pouquinho de dificuldade para me adquar, mas depois é difícil ficar sem!) e AMEI. Música integrada aos ambientes, luzes coloridas no quartos/banheiros... Ambiente perfeito para relaxar. Parabéns!

An sich schönes, komfortables und ruhiges Appartement, zuverlässige Kommunikation, alles wie angegeben. Teils sehr gute Ausstattung, insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Gegenüber unserem letzten Aufenthalt vor etwa einem Jahr hat es deutlich abgebaut. Tiefgarage Einfahrt defekt, in der Wohnung alles etwas lieblos: Sauberkeit, unvollständige Ausstattung (Geschirr), absterbende Topfpflanzen im Wohnzimmer, die tolle Kaffeemaschine vom letzten Mal ist einer 08/15 Kapsel Maschine gewichen. Immer noch kein großer Wandspiegel - das ist unangenehm, wenn man abends ausgehen will! Während des Auscheckens ging der Türcode (fast eine Stunde vor dem vereinbarten Termin) nicht mehr - wir standen am Sonntag Vormittag relativ panisch ausgesperrt vor der Tür - zum Glück war der Vermieter aber rasch erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst.

Feine Wohnung nicht weit von Zürich

Absolut empfehlenswerte Wohnung, hochwertig ausgestattet bis ins Detail (alle Küchengeräte von Miele, Einrichtung ebenso qualitätsvoll); Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter professionell, zuverlässig und aufmerksam; super Parkgarage, Lift - alles wie beschrieben; sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Objektiv fehlt in der Wohnung nur ein großer Spiegel (statt einem der Firmenbilder an der Wand vielleicht?); und ein Geschirrtuch wäre auch noch fein - ansonsten alles gut. Mit der Wohnung ist es ein wenig so, als ob man einen Tesla fahren würde - smart home. Das ist für manches angenehm und erschließt sich auch in den wesentlichen Funktionen rasch, für manches brauchte man mehr Zeit, um sich "einzuarbeiten" - darauf haben wir im Urlaub aber wenig Lust. Und so passiert es manchmal, dass man ein Licht dimmen will, stattdessen aber die Jalousie zu- oder die Musik angeht. Ist nicht schlimm - die Wohnung ist ja ein smart-home-showroom, aber manchmal wäre ein einfacher Taster wesentlich effizienter. Das ist allerdings Jammern auf hohem Niveau, wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji, jako prostran i udoban.

Apartman je vrhunski opremljen. Kreveti su izuzetno udobni, uređaji i posuđe je dobre kvalitete. Prostranost i parking u garaži su svakako prednost. Čistoća je na visokoj razini.

Malo kompliciran sustav upravljanja grijanjem, rasvjetom i muzikom. Nedostajao je tablet kojim se upravlja pa je trebalo vremena da razumijemo s čim se što kontrolira. Nismo mogli podignuti temperaturu prostorije iznad 21,5C tako da je bilo ugodno za spavanje ali za boravak je na granici. Vjerovatno je bilo programirano dizanje roleta pa su se same podignule tijekom noći.
