Amazing Pool, Complete Privacy, Amenities and Beach nearby

Pool was great. Clean and well maintained throughout our 1 week stay. Quiet location. 20 minute walk to shop and a couple of restaurants. WiFi wasn’t high speed but usable downstairs only - it didn’t extend upstairs.

General levels of cleanliness. It really needs a deep clean - key areas and surfaces were generally clean but dirt and grime could be found in most corners leaving a feeling that the whole property was slightly grubby. The dishwasher was so filthy and smelly with food and debris in the spray arms and filter that we had to perform a deep clean before we’d even use it. Windows that aren’t easily accessible are filthy. Ant powder was sprinkled all over the kitchen sides. Ants can’t be helped but I wouldn’t expect to see toxic ant powder where food is prepared. The toilet cisterns in every bedrooms failed to refill randomly on 3-4 occasions and then would fill hours later meaning we were occasionally unable to flush the loos despite the mains water working just fine. The bed linen and pillows were very poor quality but were generally clean. The place is in need of some modernisation, a thorough deep clean (beyond a quick sweep and wipe over between guests) and a good lick of paint but overall probably represents decent value for money.
