Excellent communication from villa staff, villa location is easy walking to beach and bus stop to paphos. 15 minutes walk to main bars and restaurants. The villa is large and is located on a generous size plot which is not overlooked by other properties. We found everything we needed for are stay supplied by the owner. The pool was clean and also cleaned whilst we stayed so spotless
We found the outside pool area needed more attention as weeds are growing through the path , area has a lot of birds and waste is all-over, the beds provided are a little tired and a sunshade area with no shade on the roof so it is just somewhere for birds to gather. 2 cats that spend a lot of time att the villa, so cat hair and waste present. Internally the implements provided for cooking are very old and need replacing, also a few items need repairing.

Great location, 350m from the best beach in Paphos and near Ayios Georgios and Akamas with their beautiful landscape! Very spacious, clean villa, wonderful for two families with children
