Assolutamente tutto!! L'appartamento è un gioiellino! Pulitissimo, caldo, molto accogliente, dotato veramente di tutto! Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la tranquillità e il silenzio, cose non da poco per chi cerca relax e pace, molto apprezzate anche dai nostri due cagnoloni che sono stati benissimo! Sottolineo il posto auto proprio sotto al residence con l' ascensore che pernette di accedere direttamente all' interno della struttura, comodissimo per lo spostamento dei bagagli oltre che per l'uso quotidiano.

Es war sauber sehr clean und die Küche sehr gut 👍 ausgestattet, allerdings war der Kühlschrank erst einmal noch warm, aus Kosten Ersparnissen zu spät eingestellt.

Die Heizung läuft über ein Thermostat ( KfW Hütte niedrig Energie) effizient Oder nicht? Der Boden , im Wohnraum war Arschkalt . Thermo eingestellt auf 21 Grad , gefühlte Temperatur im Raum 17 oder 18 . Für einen Fernseh Abend unmöglich auch morgens beim Aufstehen nicht lustig. Ich habe den Vermieter freundlich gebeten die Regulierung etwas hochzunehmen, seine Mutti kam und hat versucht Sie hoch zu stellen, es blieb bei abgelesenen 21 Grad. Nach vielen WhatsAppen hin und her bat mir der Vermieter einen Heizlüfter an, Wow 🤩 sehr gemütlich und effizient! Hauptsache KfW gebaut. Das Wärme Empfinden ist wohl gemerkt sehr unterschiedlich, aber wohl fühl Ambiente und Gemütlichkeit kommt da nicht auf. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Aussage de Vermieters, 21 Grad auch wenn es sich kühler anfühlt, wären ja genug. Machen Sie einmal die Terrassentür auf , bei einer Außen Temperatur von Abends 12 Grad wird die Hütte nicht mehr warm. Aus meiner Sicht und Empfindung ein Ding was so nich geht, wem also ein kühles Ambiente mit nüchterner Atmosphäre liebt ist hier genau richtig. Ich jedenfalls bin vorzeitig abgereist! Dazu kommt dass die Matratze und das knarrende Bett 🛌 auch nicht lustig sind. Ich bin ,seid drei Wochen unterwegs in verschiedenen Städten und Hotels sowas hatte ich definitiv nicht.
