Idyllic Holiday Apartment Wasserfall Jogglanderhof with Balcony

The apartment "Wasserfall," furnished with plenty of natural wood and part of the Jogglander farm in the village of Stuls, is located in the picturesque Passeier Valley in South Tyrol. It features a cozy living area with a dining corner and a pull-out sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV, liquid hand soap, a hairdryer, and a ski storage room with a boot dryer or a lockable room for bicycles. A baby cot and high chair are available if needed. Start your day with a coffee on the spacious balcony, enjoying a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain peaks and the sunlit valley. There is also a private, covered terrace perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The area offers numerous hiking routes for all levels throughout the year and many mountain peaks with spectacular views. In winter, the nearest ski lifts can be reached in about 22 minutes by car (15.5 km). A supermarket, bus stop, restaurants, and a café are located in the village center, just a five-minute walk away. Additional restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, and shops are available in St. Leonhard, about 15 minutes by car (11 km) away. The city of Meran, known for its spas, is about 40 minutes by car (31 km) away, while the provincial capital Bolzano is about an hour by car (60 km) away. Covered parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are included.



The Timmelsjoch Pass to Obergurgl-Hochgurgl in the Ötztal is closed in winter, so the Sölden ski area is not accessible during this season. Only the ski areas Pfelders and Ratschings are accessible.
