A fantastic place for vacation.

Large apartment, spotlessly clean. Large south balcony with sunshade, table and chairs. The bed is large, very soft - comfortable for us, but it's a matter of taste. Fully equipped kitchen corner with dishwasher, without microwave but there's an oven, so it's OK. Shops, restaurants, bus station - all within walking distance. Total silence at night. Netflix to watch on a rainy day. We had a great holiday here. Definitely will book again.

Lack of place to scatter all your belongings to have them at hand. Shelves or a chest of drawers in the room would be a good option.

Appartamento luminoso, caldo e pulito!!!!

Appartamento estremamente pulito, silenzioso, moderno, con tante luci modulabili, caldissimo!!!!! Dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici: macchina per il caffè americano, bollitore, fornelli ad induzione. Biancheria morbida e linda. C'è il parquet, un bel terrazzino, un ampio divano letto, forno e lavastoviglie. Il parcheggio è esattamente di fianco all'appartamento ed è dotato di tettoia. Abbiamo trovato sul letto i cioccolatini e in frigo una bottiglia di vino! Abbiamo potuto portare il nostro cagnolino. Comodissimo al centro ed al supermercato. Il proprietario davvero cortese e disponibile, insomma, solo pregi!!!!!

Posizione centrale.L'appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort. Il proprietario super gentile. Abbiamo trascorso il Natale in questo meraviglioso posto. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Appartamento stupendo posizione strategica

Appartamento curatissimo, accogliente e completo di ogni comfort. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata, con ogni genere di comodità, forno e lavastoviglie inclusi. Ottimi i serramenti, dotati di veneziana elettrica integrata, molto pratica per l’oscuramento. L’appartamento è estremamente silenzioso: abbiamo dormito davvero molto bene. La posizione è eccellente: San Leonardo è un paese elegante, ben curato e offre tutti i principali servizi. A pochi metri dall’appartamento si trovano due bar e diversi negozi, rendendo possibile fare la spesa comodamente anche senza utilizzare l’auto. È inoltre disponibile un parcheggio proprio accanto all’ingresso. Il proprietario è di una gentilezza autentica: si è premurato di farci trovare un piccolo pensiero, davvero molto apprezzato. Posizione ideale per visitare Merano, Stulles e, passando dallo splendido Passo Giovo, raggiungere Vipiteno.

Wunderschönes hochwertiges Appartement

Es ist ein schönes gepflegtes Appartement in perfekter Lage in st. Leonhard. Der Balkon ist schön groß und der Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Sankt Leonhard ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Das Appartement war für 2 Personen und einen Hund groß genug. Das Bad sehr schön. Im Schlafzimmer war ein großer Schwebetürenschank in den all unsere Sachen rein passten. Die Stube bzw Küche sind eins. Die Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgerüstet was man für einen Urlaub als Selbstversorger so braucht. Ein Balkon ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist ein freundlicher und gesprächsbereiter Mensch, der für alle Wünsche und Fragen ein offenes Ohr hat.

Wir können hier nichts bemängeln. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit weiter empfehlen bzw. selber wieder buchen.
