Apartament w stylowej, odnowionej kamienicy, położonej w pobliżu stacji kolejowej. Wyposażenie w standardzie obejmującym szerszą gamę artykułów niż zwyczajowo przyjęto (kapcie+2xżele pod prysznic+ekspres kapsułkowy+herbata+pełne wyposażenie kuchni+pełen komplet ręczników)
Czystość apartamentu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Pokłady kurzu w widocznych miejscach. Łóżko podwójne zbyt miękkie, niezbyt wygodne. Drzwi od łazienki nie domykają się i nie ma możliwości zamknięcia ich na klucz (brak zamka). Okna dachowe bez klamek, trudne do otwierania i zamykania. Ściany brudne, wymagają odmalowania. Drzwi do apartamentu nie pasują do estetyki zabytkowej kamienicy. W trakcie pobytu napotkano problem z klimatyzacją (brak pilotów do jej uruchomienia), po dwukrotnej próbie kontaktu z właścicielem zostały jednak dostarczone.
