The apartment is in a modern style - very comfortable. Location! Location, location - is just 2 minutes walk to the City canter. Host is very responsive - very welcoming - tactful. Fully equipped kitchen was a bonus :)
I wish there were a laundromat and dryer in the apartment... that would make it perfect. Few repairs to windows must be done as well as a fan (maybe) - it was hot summer.

Excelent location, easy check-in and check-out, the apartment is cosy enough and suitable for a single-person short-term stay, the owner even left some little drink and snack gifts for the beginning.
The shower's water temperature is impossible to properly adjust - it's only either very hot water or very cold water. Also the drain in the shower got clogged after some time with no clear way to unclogg it. In the kitchen there are no separate towels for the dishes, so you just have to use the same ones from the bathroom and generally not enough cutlery for making food.

Good communication with the host, comfortable place, convinient location, balcony was a bonus. The host allowed me extend the check-out time till 12pm which was super helpful.
Windows overlooking backyard with rubish bins and other blocks of flats were not ideal, however, it's not too bad considering very central location of the apartment.
