Budynek z zewnątrz oraz wewnątrz bardzo ładny, zabytkowy. Dojazd windą na pietro, łatwy sposób udostępnienia kluczy. Mieszkanie duże, wygodne łóżko, wyposażenie we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty dają poczucie mieszkania u siebie.
Ale... w całym mieszkaniu jest słabe oświetlenie elektryczne co przy ograniczonym świetle dziennym z okien daje ogólny ponury nastrój. W dobie żarówek led wymiana ich na mocniejsze nie zwiększyłaby zbytnio kosztów a na pewno poprawiłaby ogólny widok wewnętrzny mieszkania. Również z uwagi na bliskość okien z drugiej kamienicy przydałaby się zasłona lub żaluzją w oknie kuchennym. Zmieniłbym również plyn do zmywania podłóg na bardziej przyjazny dla nosa, bo nieprzyjemny zapach z obecnego płynu jest nie do zniesienia.

Przedłużony pobyt w mieszkanku, naprawdę bardzo dobry komfort w środku. Kontakt z właścicielem również bez problemu jasna instrukcja odnośnie kluczy i dostania się do obiektu. Będziemy tam wracać :)

Piękne mieszkanie przestronne w urokliwej kamienicy. Czyste pościele ręczniki. Wszystko było jak najbardziej w porządku z pewnością tam wrócimy :)

Fajny apartament w odnowionej kamiennicy. Duży balkon wychodzący na podwórze. Bardzo wygodne łóżko.
