駅から近かったこと。また新築なので新しく清潔でとても快適でした。 7名での会議に用いましたが、リビングスペースが広く話し合いもしやすかったです。 またシャワーとトイレは1Fと2Fにあるので、使い勝手が良かったです。
洗面所は2Fだけでした。 1Fには広めの台所があるので、大丈夫なのですが、 洗面所が1Fにもあればさらに使い勝手が良いと思いました。

おいてあったたこ焼き器を使おうとしたら壊れている？みたいで、コンセントにつないでの発熱が弱かった、
