I liked the apartment because it was spacious and light, and in a very good position, close enough to the sea front with access to eateries and bus stops, but far enough away to not get the noise of the traffic.
I was a mostly a solo traveller, and it was easy enough to keep clean, with enough facilities to live comfortably. Also I felt safe there as the entry key pad system and the apartment door were very secure.
I also liked that it was part residential, and this made for the property block to maintain a standard of respectfulness towards the property building and its surroundings and other residents.
The attention to details that improve a stay. There were some bedding issues which should have been picked up either by the cleaners or the management company, and small details like the toilet brush not fit for purpose. However, the issues I questioned were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The location was fabulous.
The apartment was very clean and spacious, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, nice kitchen with lots of utensils for cooking. a good sized fridge and freezer. TV had access to Netflix, YouTube etc. A good sized washing machine.
It was nice to sit outside on the terrace in the morning sun for breakfast.
We didn't use the air con but it was available in the lounge and bedroom.
The address I received wasn't correct and in the end someone had to come out and meet us to let us into the correct apartment block. Hopefully they will update the information moving forward.

Lovely, big apartment overlooking the Balluta Gardens, good location, very spacious and clean, very good kitchen facilities, great supply of kitchen equipment & utensils, communication with the Modern Apartments with very quick responses. The chickens did not keep us awake so decent soundproofing, generally no major issues with this property, would recommend.
The bed mattress was very hard which meant few uncomfortable nights, but that may be just me. The sofa and cushion covers would do with some cleaning or investing in a sofa cover.
